AntBelt Terms of Service

These Terms of Service apply when you visit shop.antbelt.com, use AntBelt services, or place an order. By using the store, you agree to these terms and to the policies linked from the store and checkout.

Products and pre-orders
AntBelt develops compact galvo laser engraving hardware, software, and accessories. Product descriptions, compatibility guidance, estimated delivery timing, and development information are provided in good faith. Pre-order products remain subject to validation, quality control, packaging, regional compliance, customs, logistics, and production capacity. We will communicate material changes through the store, order email, support channels, or project updates.

Orders and payment
Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout. Shipping, taxes, duties, and other destination-specific charges may be shown or collected separately as stated during checkout or before fulfillment. An order is not final until payment is authorized and the store confirms acceptance. We may refuse or cancel an order for suspected fraud, pricing or inventory errors, legal restrictions, or inability to serve the destination; any captured payment for a cancelled order will be handled through the original payment method.

Shipping and delivery
Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees. Customs, carriers, regional compliance, address issues, and events outside our reasonable control may affect delivery. Customers are responsible for providing accurate contact and delivery information and for responding to customs or carrier requests.

Safe and lawful use
AntBelt laser products are adult-use tools. Customers must follow product instructions and use suitable shielding, wavelength-appropriate eye protection, ventilation, fire precautions, safe materials, and attended operation. Do not process PVC, vinyl, PTFE, halogen-containing, unknown, or otherwise unsafe materials. Products must be used lawfully and in accordance with local rules.

Software and intellectual property
AntBelt names, product designs, website content, software, documentation, images, and trademarks are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Software is provided under the licence and usage terms supplied with the product. You may not copy, resell, reverse engineer, or misuse protected materials except where applicable law permits.

Returns, refunds, and warranty
Returns and refunds are governed by the Return and Refund Policy. Hardware warranty coverage and laser-safety guidance are described on the Warranty & Laser Safety page. These terms do not limit consumer rights that cannot be excluded by applicable law.

Third-party services
Payments, shipping, video hosting, analytics, and other functions may be provided by third parties with their own terms and privacy practices. AntBelt is not responsible for third-party services outside its reasonable control.

Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AntBelt is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from misuse, unsafe materials, unauthorized modification, third-party services, or failure to follow instructions. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Changes
We may update these terms when products, services, or legal requirements change. The version published on the store applies from its publication date.
