Payment details are handled in secure Shopify Checkout. The complete product, selected paid accessories, shipping, and applicable taxes are shown before payment.

Price protection until shipment

If the public official AntBelt price for the same G1 configuration is reduced before your order ships, contact us with the order number. After verification, AntBelt will refund the eligible difference to the original payment method. Limited coupons, affiliate offers, bundles, pricing errors, taxes, shipping, duties, and third-party promotions are excluded.

7-day arrival issue support

Report shipping damage, missing or incorrect items, failure to power on, or another apparent manufacturing defect within 7 days after delivery for priority resolution. This does not reduce applicable statutory rights or the one-year limited hardware warranty.

Paid accessories

Optional hardware accessories, additional laser modules, LightBurn, and the AntBelt Studio Update Support add-on are charged separately at the prices shown when selected. AntBelt Studio remains included with G1 at no extra charge.
