AntBelt Return and Refund Policy

Please contact hello@antbelt.com before returning any product. Do not send products back without written return authorization (RMA) and return instructions.

Damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing items

Inspect your order after delivery. Contact us promptly with your order number and clear photos or video where relevant. After review, AntBelt may provide troubleshooting, replacement parts, repair, replacement, return, or refund as appropriate.

Change-of-mind returns

Except where mandatory consumer law provides otherwise, AntBelt does not offer voluntary change-of-mind returns for international orders. For customers whose applicable law provides a withdrawal or cancellation right, including eligible distance purchases in the EU or UK, requests must be made within 14 days after delivery. Statutory rights are not affected.

Return condition

Authorized non-defect returns must be complete and returned with all accessories, manuals, safety items, and original packaging where reasonably possible. Customers may be responsible for diminished value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to inspect the product, where permitted by law.

Return shipping and costs

For non-defect or statutory withdrawal returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping unless applicable law requires otherwise. Use a tracked, insured service suitable for laser equipment. Original outbound shipping, customs duties, import taxes, payment fees, and third-party charges are not normally refundable. If AntBelt confirms an error or covered defect, we will provide the appropriate return or remedy instructions.

Refunds

After an authorized return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the decision. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing time depends on the payment provider and financial institution.

Order cancellation and pre-orders

Contact hello@antbelt.com as soon as possible. Cancellation requests are not guaranteed after production allocation, customization, processing, or shipment has begun, except where mandatory law provides otherwise.
